The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354B of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The accusation against the petitioner to have outraged the modesty of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and even assuming the accusation no offence under Section 354B of the IPC is made out. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
