No. 5768 of 2014 and analogous cases this issue was decided by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 15.1.2016 and in view of the fact that the Coordinate Bench of this Court had dismissed the writ application after going through various aspects of the matter the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18294 of 2014(4) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 court does not find any merit in this case.

Considering the above, the present writ application is also dismissed in the light of the decision of the Coordinate Bench in C.W.J.C. No. 5768 of 2014.
