2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 120(B), 379 and 34 of IPC .

3. As per the prosecution case , three stolen truck have been recovered from the garage of this petitioner and petitioner has got five criminals antecedents of similar nature .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45890 of 2024(3) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is not connected with the alleged recovery . 5 . However, learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition and submits that petitioner has got five criminals antecedents of similar nature .

Considering the recovery of stolen trucks and also the fact petitioner has got five criminals antecedents of similar nature , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
