ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2017 in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.74 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, threat was issued by one Jairam Yadav, who is the Area Commander of the MCC and has communicated to the Munshi to ask the owner to give some ransom money for continuing the work. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent or attached with MCC or any Organization.

Shafali Naray, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.74 of 2017.
