Petitioner seeks bail in Silao P.S. Case No.15 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 120-B, 337, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif. In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner made firing causing injury to wife of the informant on left side of her back and she fell down injured.

Case diary has been received.

Learned APP has submitted that Doctor has found one deep penetrating wound over inter scapular area 3" x 1" x Bone Deep, grievous in nature caused by firearm.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39841 of 2019(3) dt.26-08-2019 2/2 Keeping in view direct and specific allegation against the petitioner of causing firearm injury, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at this stage.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in the event trial is not concluded within aforesaid period.
