2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 47 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other are accused of killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and there is no direct allegation against him of killing the deceased. He further submits that the petitioner is an order giver.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Chhapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 47 of 2026.
