The petitioners claim regularisation on Grade IV posts.
The petitioners claimed to be working on daily wages in the Araria Collectorate since 1996. They submit that the process of regularisation is going on and that they would make representation before the District Magistrate, Araria (respondent No. 3) for consideration of their claims.
Without going into merits of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the writ petitioners
