====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be representing before respondent no.6, the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra for consideration of their claim in terms of letter dated 28.12.2011 bearing memo no. 14241 of the General Administration Department (Annexure A to the counter affidavit). It is submitted that the petitioners are working in the Department as DDT Sprayer since 1992.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the submission, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file representation before respondent no. 6 for consideration of their claim for regularization. The representation must be filed within four weeks. Respondent no.6 shall be obliged to consider petitioners' claim in light of the aforesaid letter within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
