The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dighwara P.S. Case No. 120/1998, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 469, 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no evidence against the petitioner.

It is submitted that there is absolutely no evidence against the petitioner, but it appears that after 17 years of institution of the case, the petitioner moved for anticipatory bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
