ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 136 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that girl in question is major and has eloped with the present petitioner and married him even earlier prior to the date, she disappeared from her home. It is further submitted that victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that nobody had kidnapped her rather she had gone with the petitioner on her own sweet-will. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. by the victim girl and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above
