The present writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For setting aside notification no.44/2024 as contained in Memo No.- Estb/3395-3402/2024 dated 23.02.2024 (Annexure-P7) issued by the Respondent no.6 whereby and whereunder the Respondent Munger
Patna High Court CWJC No.9937 of 2024(5) dt.09-09-2024 2/3 University has dissolved the newly constituted Governing Body of the Sanjay Gandhi Smarak Mahila College, Sheikhpura.
(ii) For setting aside Notification No.45/2024 dated 23.02.2024 (Annexure- P8) issued by the respondent no.6 whereby and whereunder the respondent university has consequentially proceeded to constitute an Ad Hoc Committee for the Sanjay Gandhi Smarak Mahila College, Sheikhpura.
(iii) For directing the respondent university to allow the Governing Body of the Sanjay Gandhi Smarak Mahila College, Sheikhpura (wherein petitioner is the Secretary) to discharge its functions and duties without any undue interference by the University or its officials. (iv) To stay the implementation of impugned notification no.44/2024 as contained in Memo No. Estb/3395-3402/2024 dated 23.02.2024 (Annexure P7) issued by the respondent no.6 and notification no.45/2024 dated 23.02.2024 (Annexure P8) issued by the respondent no.6 during the pendency of the present application. (v) For any other relief for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Considering the arguments advanced on behalf of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file an appeal before the Chancellor within two weeks and the Office of the Chancellor is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within six weeks of filing of such appeal, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of. 5.
