Patna High Court MJC No.1790 of 2023(3) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of petitioner (petitioner no. 6) in CWJC No. 11782 of 2022 has wrongly been mentioned in the writ petition and the vakalatnama itself as Ramesh Jha instead of Rakesh Kumar Jha inasmuch as the petitioner no. 6 has signed the vakalatnama as Rakeh Kumar Jha.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the name of petitioner no. 6, appearing in C.W.J.C. No. 11782 of 2022, be read as Rakesh Kumar Jha in place of Ramesh Jha.
