2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, six named persons and five unknown persons are said to have assaulted the deceased. The deceased succumbed to injuries during the course of treatment on the same day.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons including the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody

5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there are specific allegations against the petitioner also.

6. From the postmortem report, it appears that the deceased sustained a single head injury, which caused his death. The postmortem report does not fully support the allegations made in the F.I.R.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran/ concerned Court below in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025.
