When the informant has gone to his old house, had seen head of a calf whereupon she raised alarm and during course thereof, Md. Amjad, Md. Mustak, Md. Faiyan and Md. Hasmat along with other female folk threatened as well as began to abuse. Md. Amjad had further stated that he will teach them a lesson. It has further been disclosed that they are on strain relationship due to land dispute. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 22.08.2017.

Accordingly, petitioner Md. Amzad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59730 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S. Case No.273/2017.
