2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 737 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, on 13.12.2023 at about 5 PM, the petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR shows itself that the petitioner is maternal uncle of victim's mother and there is land dispute between the petitioner and the father of the victim. His further submission is that the victim in her statement under Section 164 of the CrPC has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48935 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 stated that the petitioner did not do any kind of misdeed with her.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and also considering the period of custody which is more than 7 months, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Sessions Judge XVI, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 737 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
