The petitioner's application for grant of arms licence has been rejected by the District Magistrate, Patna vide Annexure-2 dated 23.01.2014, thereafter, he preferred Arms Appeal No.430/2014 before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal of the petitioner is still pending.
Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the Divisional Commissioner, Patna to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has already not been done.
