ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2015 The petitioner submits that he is ready to pay the entire amount to the Electricity Department.
In such circumstances, this application filed against the order of cognizance dated 04.08.2011, passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in Sonhan (Bhabhua) P.S. Case No. 474 of 2010, is hereby disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Compounding Board, who shall take appropriate decision within a period of four months from the date of application for compounding. Thereafter, the petitioner shall deposit the amount, so raised, before the authorities concerned and within another two months file application before the court below for dropping the proceeding.
If such application is filed, further proceeding of the aforesaid case, shall stand disposed of.
