Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sakra P.S. Case No.75 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that all consideration amount has already been made to Umanath Thakur at the time of execution of sale deed, which is mentioned in the said sale deed. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53100 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 12th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.
