It transpires to this Court that counsel for the petitioner has not appeared on 17.10.2024, on 11.11.2024 an adjournment had been sought by the Counsel for the petitioner and on 20.01.2025 it has been informed at bar that counsel for the petitioner would not come due to unfortunate demise of his father. Today again no one appears on behalf of the petitioner even after lapse of about

3. It transpires to this Court that Counsel for the petitioner has lost interest in this case.

4. Hence, this Court has no option but to dismiss this case due to non-prosecution. Accordingly, this application is dismissed for non-prosecution. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Mkr./- U
