This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mansi P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019, disclosing the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 427 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant is admittedly tenant of the petitioner No. 1. Other petitioners are related to the petitioner No. 1. The informant was running a grocery shop in the tenanted premises. It is alleged that the petitioners entered into the informant's shop, ransacked the shop

I have heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the informant, from which, it transpires that there was dispute between the landlord and tenant over the lease agreement in respect of the shop in question which has given rise to lodging of the First Information Report.
Considering the genesis of the occurrence, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, their bail Bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
