JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 The report summoned from the trial court has been received. The learned Sessions Judge-3rd, Nawada has submitted in his report that all the non-official witnesses have already been examined during trial and the case is pending only for examination of the two investigating officers. The trial court has also assured that the trial of the case would be concluded positively within two months.

In view of the report submitted by the trial court, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner bail. As on merit, his application for bail was already rejected earlier on 11.09.2014 in Cr. Misc. No.30027 of 2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54591 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
