This application has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the Respondents to take appropriate penal action against Respondent Nos. 9,10 and other policemen involved in changing the First Information Report of Shri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019, G.R. No. 2834 of 2019 and also for making large scale false entries in the Station Diary of Police Station and format of F.I.Rs.
3/4 The officer-in-charge, Shri Krishnapuri Police Station along with the Investigation Officer is present in the Court and they have submitted the investigation report and the same is taken on record.
Upon perusal of the investigation report it appears that proper investigation is going and the apprehension of the petitioner that the investigation is not being done properly is mis-founded.
In view of the ongoing investigation, there is no need of passing any order in this Case.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of. The personal appearance of the police officials is dispensed with.

This application has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the Respondents to provide security in discharge of his professional function as well as for ensuring appropriate action immediately against culprits who burnt down the office of Petitioner and his colleagues.
In view of the ongoing investigation, there is no need
