2. The petitioners have repeated their prayer for modification of order dated 01.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13297 of 2016.

3. At the very outset this Court takes note that a similar application in the past had been dismissed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33384 of 2016.

4. No satisfactory ground having been made out on behalf of the petitioners the present modification petition stands dismissed.

5. Needless to say, if the petitioners surrender and make prayer for regular bail before the learned Court below their application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merits in accordance with law.
