2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 107 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 329(3), 329(4), 74 and 75 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of attempting to commit rape.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42996 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 they have no concern with the alleged occurrence and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. The petitioners are in custody since 06.05.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 107 of 2025.

7. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Singhwara Police Station, District- Darbhanga on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
