JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-02-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present criminal revision application has been registered after having been converted with the permission of the Hon'ble Division vide order dated 06.02.2019 passed in Misc.Appeal No.1089 of 2017.

Learned counsel, however, submits that after conversion of the Misc. Appeal in the criminal revision application, a large number of defects have been pointed out and the entire petition has become clumsy, therefore, at this stage, he may be permitted to withdraw this criminal revision application with liberty to file a duly constituted revision application within four weeks from today.

This application stands disposed of with liberty aforesaid.

The certified copy of the impugned judgment may be returned to the petitioner for utilizing the same in the fresh application. Learned counsel shall substitute the same with a xerox copy. All questions remain open.
