2. The petitioners are in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of recovery of total of 51.46 liters of foreign liquor and 330.400 of country made liquor from the conscious possession of the petitioners.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the petitioners have no concern with the seized

No.49204 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 liquor and the other 330.400 liters of country made liquor was not recovered from the vehicle of the petitioners but from the gunny bags of people walking nearby. Petitioners have got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and they are in custody since 05.05.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-IVcum-Special Judge Excise-II, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024.
