The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Angarh P.S. Case No. 8 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was killed by her husband and other in-laws. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34332 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 after investigation, submitted chargesheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that informant made allegation that her husband strangulated his wife to death.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, the Trial Court is herby directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of nine months from the date of this order. If, the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail firstly in the trial court.
