Patna High Court MJC No.2096 of 2015 (3) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 examined inasmuch as Rs. 73 lakhs found due and admissible have already been paid to the petitioner. Steps for the payment of remaining dues after clarificatory verification are underway. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the order which this Court passed on the writ petition, I am satisfied that opposite parties have substantially complied with the order. The contempt application needs no further persuasion .
