Prayer for bail of this petitioner was lastly rejected by this court vide order dated 05.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53311/ 2021.

It is submitted that during trial two prosecution witnesses have been examined but they did not support the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2020. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Katahara) PS case No. 132/ 2020.
