Petitioner is an accused in connection with Tajpur (Waini O.P.) P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 324, 326, 307/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 13.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36126 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2017.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is no fresh ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1672 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
