2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 387 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

4. Recovery is of 173.800 litres of illicit liquor from the petitioner and 70.200 litres from another motorcycle.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2024 and he has no criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the period of custody and the

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-IV cum Special Judge, Excise-II, Gopalganj in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 387 of 2024.

8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners will also deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in Ramkrishna Mission Ashrama, Latu Maharaj Path, Opposite Circuit House, Chapra, Bihar 841301 and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners.

9. The petitioner will visit Bishambharpur Police Station on the first & third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
