JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 The case is under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and the petitioner happens to be husband. It appears that the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Committee, vide order dated 6.3.2019 and the report of the Mediation Committee is at flag 'A', from which it appears that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of the mediation and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them is attached with the report also. The report further shows that the O.P.2 2 was taken by the petitioner.
