2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Cyber P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025 dated 08.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 303(2), 318(4), 319(2) and 336(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, his name surfaced during the course of investigation in the statement of co-accused Ranjan Kumar and except this there is no material against him. It is further submitted that the prosecution story narrated by the informant in the FIR is totally vague and selfcontradictory and the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and has never involved in similar type of occurrence in the past.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioner's young age and his custody period and completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupee Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Nawada Cyber P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025.
