2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 337, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on head of one Juli Kumar by means of iron rod.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, there is admitted land dispute between the parties. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45421 of 2024(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.. It is further submitted that injuries sustained by Juli Kumari have been opined to be grievous in nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
