JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of 43.185 litre of foreign liquor from a room situated near the road which is a part of the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no role to pay in the alleged incident, he is in custody since 09.09.2017 and he has a clean antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, the period of
