JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the complainant. In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1140C of 2018, under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Both the parties are physically present before this Court. The Opposite Party No.2 is not agreeable to go along with the petitioner making several allegations against him. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned

No.43714 of 2019(3) dt.26-08-2019 2/2 Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Complaint Case no. 1140 C of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that the petitioner will pay Rs.1000/- to be credited in the account furnished by the opposite party no.2 to the petitioner.
