Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 325, 379, 337, 307, 504, 506 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant's son on account of which finger of the informant's son got fractured. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that doctor has found injury caused by the petitioner to be grievous.

No.43489 of 2022(2) dt.01-12-2022 2/2 Considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek , regular bail, which would be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
