This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barh P.S. Case No. 140 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 307, 384, 329/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1, above named, who has been arrested by the Police.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52407 of 2021(2) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 withdrawn as against petitioner no.1, above named. The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are said to have fired indiscriminately in which people have sustained injuries. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 2 and 3. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed on behalf of petitioner nos. 2 and 3, above named.
