The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 38 of 2021 registered under Sections 323, 498A, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 2000/-(two thousand) per month as maintenance to the informant (wife), as is evident from second supplementary affidavit.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53091 of 2021(4) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 38 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
