This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in the first information report is that the petitioners induced the informant to go to the registry office for the purpose of identification. Subsequently, the informant came to know that they have got a registered sale deed to be registered by the informant.

Submission of the petitioner is that in fact the informant had executed registered sale deed and after three months on the instigation of others he has lodged the present case. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief
