Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.378 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are said to have killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of additional dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53512 of 2021(3) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that the entire family members have been made accused in the case. It is further submitted that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law, petitioner no.3 is brother-in-law and petitioner no.4 is married sister-in-law of the deceased. Taking into consideration the facts that the husband is already in judicial custody and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-3, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.378 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
