This is an application for regular bail in connection with Sonepur P. S. Case No. 335 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant, who is mother of the victim girl, has lodged a detailed report on 19.08.2017 to the effect that her daughter, namely, Aisa Kumari aged about 17 years had gone to school at 9 O'Clock in the morning and thereafter she did not return. She got information that her daughter was with the company of Anand Kumar (petitioner). Subsequently, the girl was recovered and her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was recorded. She was subjected to medical
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58617 of 2017(3) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 examination and as per medical examination, the age of the victim girl has been assessed as 18/19 years. No injury on any part of the body of the victim girl was found and she has not been subjected to sexual intercourse in recent time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.
