JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jogbani (Bathnaha) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that during search one country made pistol with live cartridge was seized from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.1.2019.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like
