The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2017 in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No.198 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and only on the basis of suspicion, he has been taken into custody.
