This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 06.02.2013 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Tr. No.4372 of 2013 arising out of Town P.S. Case No.150 of 2010 registered under Sections
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50842 of 2013 (7) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 420, 482, 483, 485, 486, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 102, 103 and 104 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
