Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 465 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 366-A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the brother of the main accused namely, Awanit Kumar Ram. The victim girl has been recovered and in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. she has not alleged anything against this petitioner. It has been alleged by learned counsel for the petitioner that the main accused namely, Awanit Kumar Ram has been acquitted.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 465 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
