The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 31/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has filed the original copy of the supplementary affidavit which is taken on record. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a retired person and is not going to abscond, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No. 31/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
