Petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No.1524 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner was apprehended by the people with the bag alleged to have been snatched from the informant. A sum of Rs.3,96,000/- was recovered from the bag. Counsel for the petitioner submits that seizure list is part of the First Information Report, which does not bear signature of the petitioner. It is mentioned in the seizure list that money has been recovered at the Serista of Sasaram Town P.S. Petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2018 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.1524 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
