The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the F.I.R. was registered in 2017 and a charge sheet has been issued showing the petitioners as absconders under Section 308 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application is dismissed.
