2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2017 in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 250 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with his employment said to have been obtained on the basis of forged document. It is submitted that the petitioner was appointed in the year 2006 but was terminated in the year 2009 against which he has preferred C.W.J.C. No. 1987 of 2011 which is said to be pending before this court. It is submitted that the appointment of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51542 of 2017 (2) dt.13-11-2017 made by the Panchayat Employment Unit of which the Block Development Officer and Mukhiya were the members. The then Mukhiya Dhananjay Prasad has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 36848 of 2017.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
